JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.08.2019 seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018, dated 12.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in the confession of a coaccused person. On the basis of the aforesaid confession, the petitioner was arrested and he was also forcibly made to

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018. The application stands allowed.
