The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 447, 354(B), 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the father of the informant by means of iron rod, farsa, Dabia, lathi and danda

No.13897 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/3 and when the informant and his other family members came to rescue his father, they were also assaulted and during course of treatment, father of the informant succumbed to injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there no specific allegation against her. After investigation, the police submitted final form but the learned Magistrate differing with the same taken cognizance against the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the married daughter of coaccused Sitaram Paswan and she is pregnant having no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4784 of 2023 had granted anticipatory bail to the similarly situated co-accused Manish Kumar. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court
