Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code.

Initially, the FIR was registered under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code with allegation that the petitioner, who was driving a truck, dashed a motorcycle rider who died on the way to hospital. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3064 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 connection with Bhimpur Police Station Case No. 72 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
