ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Vinod Thakur and not against these petitioners. The allegation against petitioners is general and omnibus and no specific act has been attributed to them save and except, general allegation that they attacked the deceased with feet and fists, leading to death of the deceased.

Considering the fact that the dispute arose on account of petty issue and petitioners are neighbourers, having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge Vth-cum-A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
