The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide Criminal Misc. No. 15996 of 2016 by order dated 05.07.2016 by this Court on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 01.03.2016, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that three persons including the petitioner assaulted the two deceased and one injured Daya Ram Yadav brutally. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail, again prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27281 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, failing which the petitioner may be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
