2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after some argument realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to avail his remedy against the award in accordance with the National Highway Act, 1956.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

5. It is made clear that if issue of limitation arises before the authority competent, the authority competent shall keep in mind that petitioners were pursuing their remedy before this Court.
