The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The mother of the deceased alleged that her daughter was married with Sanjay Chaubey in the year 2004. The accused persons including the petitioner killed her daughter on 07.01.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. The deceased never made any complaint about ill-treatment against the petitioners during her lifetime. The informant also did not make any specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Bhargav, the learned Ist Class, Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
