Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2017. Allegation is that five cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with G.R.P.
