The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and (g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2019. Though, he was not arrested on the spot at the time of recovery of liquor, however, petitioner is carrying criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months custody from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12017 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No. 491 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
