2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 36/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of firing against petitioner but no one sustained any firearms injury. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature in which he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024. Charge-sheet has already been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 36 of 2024.
