2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. On 11.08.2023, informant's son (deceased) went out with co-accused (Gaurav Kumar) and did not return. It is also alleged that eight days before the date of occurrence, the deceased had a fight with petitioner and 2 other co-accused and they threatened the deceased to kill him. Informant believes that this petitioner along with others accused persons might have killed his son and threw the deadbody in Khalihan.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of weak circumstantial evidence. He further submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13155 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 it was the co-accused Gorakh Kumar who took the son of the informant and this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion raised by the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Danapur, Patna/ concerned court in connection with Paliganj P.S.
