2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, registered under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that daughter of the informant has been done to death by her husband and inlaws for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12460 of 2026(2) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that husband of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16883 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
