The petitioner is aggrieved by the resolution dated 24.06.2007 (Annexure-1) passed by the Aam Sabha, whereby the respondent no.8 was recommended for being selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika.
In the whole writ petition, the subsequent orders passed by the competent authorities, appointing the respondent no.8 on the post of Anganwari Sevika, has not been brought on record. Apparently, since the date of resolution more than 7 years have passed and subsequent developments have not been brought on record by the petitioner. Otherwise also, under the existing guidelines of the State Government, the petitioner has a remedy against the aforesaid resolution/action of the Aam Sabha before
Patna High Court CWJC No.7138 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 the competent authority.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition seems to be completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) Arvind/- U
