Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2017. He has not been put on TIP nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused before the police. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3060 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kadamkuan Police Station Case No. 437 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
