The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the time granted on 4.4.2014 in MJC application No.689 of 2014 was extended for further one month by terms of order dated 15.4.14, but by mistake in the present MJC application, prayer has been made for extension of the time granted on 4.4.2014. The learned counsel submitted that the period granted on 15.4.2014 may be extended for further one month from today.

In view of the statements made in the MJC application and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this MJC application is allowed and the time granted on 15.4.2014 in MJC No.689 of 2014 is extended upto one month from today. Peremptory. Sanjeev/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
