JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 The short prayer made in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities be directed to accept the fee and form of the students of the Sessions 2016-18 of the petitioner's college pertaining to the 1st Sessions of Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner has not submitted the requisite documents for which letters dated 12.02.2019 and 14.02.2019 have been written to the petitioner and the Director-in- Chief-cumChairman, Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit all the requisite documents and certificates by tomorrow before the Respondents No. 1 & 2 and in case such documents/ certificates are submitted by the petitioner herein, the respondents no. 1 and 2 shall take necessary steps by 26th March, 2019 so that the candidates do not suffer. It is needless to state that the respondent no.3 shall furnish the requisite information as required by the respondents no.1 and 2,for which letter dated 14.02.2019 has already been sent by the respondents no.1 and 2.

The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
