Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,354,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave multiple dagger blow against the informant.
Submission is that the occurrence allegedly took place on 29.01.2018, however, the fardbeyan was given to the police on 08.02.2018. The Doctor has found three incised wound on the person of the informant caused by sharp cutting weapon. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2018.
