Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhaulia P. S. Case No.369 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 414, 356, 386/ 34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
