The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 for the offence under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care of Protection of Children) Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in trafficking young boys aged about 12-15 years in the name of providing job in Mumbai.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.12.2019.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in the District Health Centre for a period of three months in dedicated Covid hospital. He is required to report the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region who shall utilise the service of the appellant appropriately.
