JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Barsoi P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-366A, 376/34 of the Indian Penal.

It is alleged in the written report that the daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by this petitioner and other accused persons. The victim girl, Rinki Kumari in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. has stated that she has voluntarily solemnized marriage with this petitioner. She has stated her age as 22 years and the court below has assessed her age as 18 years. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 to
