Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.575 of 2017, registered under Sections 399, 400, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner along with another persons were apprehended and arms and motorcycle were recovered from possession of the persons assembled for committing robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.12.2017.

No.15667 of 2018(2) dt.19-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.575 of 2017 pending in the court of learned SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge.
