JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 28.10.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Banka in Complaint Case No. 1041 of 2013 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the parties have jointly submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled and therefore, the impugned order passed by learned Magistrate may be quashed.
