2. This is 4th attempt on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail. On last occasion, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated passed 08.02.2023 in Cr.Misc. No. 53691 of 2022.

3. Trial Court report reveals that after framing framing of charge on 11.02.2021, uptillnow, seven prosecution witnesses have been examined and still one witness is required to be examined. Meaning thereby that the case is still at the stage of prosecution evidence and petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2020 i.e. almost four years.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14948 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - III, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2020, arising out of Darauli P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020.
