Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the accused persons including these petitioners were trying to load his pumpset on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11042 of 2020(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 their tractor. When the informant raised alarm, the accused persons fled away and leg of one co-accused Rishidev Kumar became injured.

It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. The petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
