The petitioners are accused in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 283, 497, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 435, 427, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while petitioners are named in the F.I.R. along with two others but no specific overt act has been attributed against them. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 22.04.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27716 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
