2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Manish Kumar, with the help of other F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner, kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the factum of kidnapping and has categorically stated that due to quarrel with her mother, she voluntarily left the house with her friends. No one has kidnapped her. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
