JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assaulting the informant and others and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant by means of Khanti.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and he himself has received injuries in the occurrence and according to F.I.R., informant has received injury on his hand, which is not vital party of the body.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
