The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case no. 787 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner fraudulently got the sale-deed of his land executed in his favour. It is submitted that the present complaint petition was filed on 13.01.2014, prior to this complaint petition the petitioner had also filed a complaint case on 7.04.2014 against the informant making allegation that he fraudulently sold the land in favour of one Raj Kishore Chauhan. He had earlier sold the land to Raj Kishore Chauhan.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14910 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, he (the petitioner) above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 787 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
