JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.232 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 384 and 504 of the IPC. The informant has alleged that on the date of occurrence altogether seven accused persons came and assaulted his family members. This petitioner allegedly gave a bhala blow on the leg of the informant. There is land dispute between the informant and other co-accused. It is submitted that the case has been lodged only to harass the petitioner. He has no concerned with the land in question. The injury report annexed as Annexure-2 shows that the informant sustained simple injuries on his person. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since

In the facts and circumstances, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vikash Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.232 of 2016.
