====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.07.2019 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 22096/2019 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 08.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22096/2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to COVID-19

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25977 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 Pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid facts, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
