Petitioner is accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 386, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that during trial, the informant and other witnesses did not utter even a single word against the petitioner about involvement in the alleged occurrence, as contained in Annexure-2 to the application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.08.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
