(i) For directing the respondents to make inquiry with regard to selection of the private respondents Pratima Kumari who personated as Nirma Kumari and got selected on the vacant post of Anganwadi Sevika on the basis of False and fabricated Matric

(ii) For issuance of direction/directions or order/ orders or writ/ writs particularly in the nature of Certiorari to quash the part of Aam Sabha proceedings (Annexure P2) particularly the proposal no.5 as well as consequential orders through which Nirma Kumari wife of Niranjan Kumar resident of Village- Mahuari, P.SKhirimore, District-Patna has been selected on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Anganwadi No. 292 at Paliganj, Ward No. 4.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ, particularly in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to select the petitioner on the post as per resolution of Aam Sabha conducted on 28.12.2023 by the selection committee of Prakhand Paliganj, Dahiya Gram Panchayat, Anganwadi Code Centre 292, Ward No. 04, under Child Development Project Officer, Paliganj, Patna.

(iv) For directing the respondents to consider the representations given by

Patna High Court CWJC No.4725 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 3/3 the petitioner and to take immediate appropriate legal action against Pratima Kumari for personating herself as Nirma Kumari and producing and relying upon the certificate of Nirma Kumari to get selected for the job."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
