The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondents, i.e., Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 for giving promotion to the petitioner since 2002 and the promotional benefits from that date as it was kept pending for want of caste certificate which now has been given.

The representation, which has been filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4968 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 petitioner before the Regional Manager, United India Insurance Company, Patna, has not yet been adverted to and disposed off.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner only makes a prayer for a direction to the Respondent No. 4 to dispose off the representation.

In order to facilitate an early disposal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 4 within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall after hearing the parties and after verifying the records, dispose it off within a further period of four weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall also be passed within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
