The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 73/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 37(a) and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. 40 litres of Toddy was recovered from the house of petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for one and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of I/c Additional District & Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 73/2017.
