The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhargama P.S. Case No.147 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 186, 188, 269, 270, 353, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be a member of the mob. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
