2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner (uncle of the informant) demanded some money from the informant's grandfather due to which some scuffle took place between them. Further, the petitioner assaulted him on his chest with a knife. He also assaulted sister of the informant with knife on her chest. The grandfather of the informant succumbed to the injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24994 of 2024(3) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties. The petitioner is under custody since 28.05.2023.

5. The petitioner committed murder of his father by stabbing him with a knife.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
