2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 29.09.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran in A. B. No.1032 of 2020 arising out of Majhaulia P. S. Case No.104 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
