JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing gold chain and Mangalsutra of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused Rohit Kmar as the person who participated in purchase of the robbed articles. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of co-accused, there is nothing on record to suggest the involvement of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14828 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 pending in the court of leaned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
