JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,353,431,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that 150-175 villagers including the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8744 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 petitioners blocked Ara-Buxar Road in protest of murder of a person.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that when no action was taken by the police, complaint was made by the family of the deceased, thereafter the present case has been lodged. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 286 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
