The petitioner is accused in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017, registered under Sections 37(a) and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of two plastic Jarkin, each containing 20 litre, Toddy from the house of Dashrath Choudhary. At the time of raid, the petitioner and others found taking Toddy there.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28070 of 2017 (2) dt.22-06-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the I/C Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S.
