2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 319 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one person was killed in a road accident.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant. The petitioner is the driver. He is in jail since 07.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 319 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
