The Petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has only come in the confessional statement of co-accused Suman Mandal. The petitioner is in custody since, 03.01.2017. One of the co-accused Vijay Thakur has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 30.05.2017 passed in Criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016 (G.R. No. 3923 of 2016). (S. Kumar, J) Ranjan/- U
