The petitioners seek bail in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 dated 16.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(A) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 60 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the cluster of bamboos belonging to one Manish Singh. The petitioners have not been arrested on the spot and their names have transpired in the confession of one Awadhesh Rai.

The petitioners are in custody since 23.01.2020 and do not have criminal antecedents.

No.11145 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforestated facts the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran in connection with Awatarnagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020.
