This is an application for regular bail in connection with Alauli P. S. Case No. 294 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in the FIR that seven named accused in the FIR assaulted his mother due to which she died. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. There is specific allegation of assault against Ramkalin Yadav, who assaulted mother of petitioner on her head. It has further been submitted that similarly placed co-accused has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 1382 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 26.9.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14334 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.
