Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piar (Hattha O.P) P.S. Case no. 45 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts that petitioner is husband of the deceased and marriage is only four years old and ante mortem injury were found on the body of the deceased, the court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected.
