JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kotwali PS Case No. 455 of 2017 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that in the electronic shop of the informant lock was broken, theft was committed and image of the petitioner was captured in the CCTv Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Baklmiki Sharma qwhose image was also captured in the CCTv has been granted bail by the court below and rest of the two co-accused persons also by this Court, the petitioner is in custody for last four months approximately, has no criminal antecedent and there is no recovery of any stolen article.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Guddu Tqanti is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali PS Case No. 455 of 2017. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
