Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Prem Pandey. He was never put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8523 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No. 551 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
