Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint case no. 582/2011 in which cognizance has been taken under sections 120B, 403 and 420 of the IPC.

Although petitioner has been shown as agent of courier company in the complaint petition but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any connection with the courier company in question which is fortified from perusal of annexures 3 and 4 to the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

No. 2139/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
