2. The case had been disposed off by order dated 14.11.2017 but has been listed on the motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioners pointing out to some typographical errors in the said order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners drew the attention of the Court to paragraph 2 (ii) of the order, where the relief sought by the petitioners has been quoted to indicate that with regard to number of Memo dated 15.10.2012 instead of "697", it has wrongly been typed as "679". Similarly, it was pointed out that in sub paragraph (iv) instead of typing "junior teacher has been promoted", it has been typed as "junior teacher has been promotion".

4. Upon going through the records, it transpires that the contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is correct.

5. Accordingly, in the order dated 14.11.2017, the reference to Memo No. 679 dated 15.10.2012 in paragraph 2 (ii) and the word "promotion", after "junior teacher has been" in subparagraph (iv), be read as "697" and "promoted" respectively.

6. The order dated 14.11.2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
