06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It has been alleged against the petitioner who has possessed eighty five bottles of wine each containing 300 ml and thirty one bottle of foreign wine each containing 180 ml and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.05.2017 having clean antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Jitendra Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S.
